When the process that affects product conformity is out-sourcing Le Calibration of monitoring & measuring Equipments & critical maintenance of Machine are out source process. Design Consideration
The Organization shall plan for design & development of product whenever required during the Design & Development planning, the organization shall determine during the design & development stages:
Planning shall be done for identification of all activities in the design process, assigning duties and responsibilities and scheduling them to ensure that stated adhering to the time targets. In case of non-contractual situation, design & development planning shall also in-corporate details regarding correct identification customer needs and expectations.
The review, verification and validation these are appropriate to the designs and development stages:
Design & Development planning shall be documented and it shall includes various elements such as Design, Design Calculations, preparation of drawing, review of design reports, verification methods, safety requirements etc. Resource requirements shall also be taken into account. The design Department shall be persisted in active & regular interaction with other concerned departments such as marketing, purchase etc. to take inputs or controlling the various facts affecting the design process.
Planning outputs shall be updated, as appropriate, as the design and development process and the record maintain the relevant design file.
Painting
9-Tank Process Treatment Plant
A) The complete enclosure transfer to treatment Plant for processing the Enclosure which are to ready for painting as per the enclosed.
B) Power Coated Paint both:
Immediately on Completion of Treatment Procedure. The enclosure are properly cleaned then transfer to the Heat Chamber to evaporate any liquid particle in the corner of the Enclosure further the enclosure taken to point Booth for Power Coating paints by maintaining the Electro-Static Charging System. In the Enclosure shall be (-)Ve charged and the paint Power shall be (+)Ve charged through Power Coating Machine to minimize the dent surface, then the enclosure has been taken to heat chamber for drying up the paints at 2000 C for 30 minutes to keeping the enclosure proper surface with adequate hardness of paints and avoiding scratching mark during assembly time.
Ultimate all the above processes are controlled by trained and professionally qualified QA team thereby the quality of the job will be acceptable by our unlimited Customer.
